目的：观察疏肝宁神汤联合耳穴压豆治疗肝郁脾虚型乳腺癌患者的临床疗效。方法：将88例肝郁脾虚型乳腺癌患者随机分为两组。治疗组45例，给予肝郁脾虚型配合耳穴压豆治疗，对照组43例，给予艾司唑仑片口服治疗。两组均以治疗10d为1个疗程。结果：对照组总有效率为79.0%，治疗组总有效率为91.1%，治疗组明显优于对照组。两组总有效率经x2检验，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组的匹兹堡睡眠质量指数评分有显著性差异（P<0.05）。结论：耳穴压豆联合疏肝宁神汤治疗肝郁脾虚型乳腺癌患者失眠症状疗效显著，且不良反应小。
목적：관찰소간저신탕연합이혈압두치료간욱비허형유선암환자적림상료효。방법：장88례간욱비허형유선암환자수궤분위량조。치료조45례，급여간욱비허형배합이혈압두치료，대조조43례，급여애사서륜편구복치료。량조균이치료10d위1개료정。결과：대조조총유효솔위79.0%，치료조총유효솔위91.1%，치료조명현우우대조조。량조총유효솔경x2검험，차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。량조적필자보수면질량지수평분유현저성차이（P<0.05）。결론：이혈압두연합소간저신탕치료간욱비허형유선암환자실면증상료효현저，차불량반응소。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the Shugan Ningshen decoction combined with auricular point pressing therapy in patients with beans of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type of breast cancer. Methods: 88 cases of breast cancer were randomly divided into two groups. Conclusion:Auricular plaster therapy combined with liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type treated breast cancer liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type insomnia, obvious curative effect, and less adverse reactions.
