采用模型试验方法,研究了孔隙砂岩材料模型在不同注浆泵量条件下的浆液扩散充填规律。结果表明,化学浆液对模型材料孔隙的充填存在不均匀性。注浆后,模型渗透系数k 、强度 p 、孔隙充填率η与注浆速度 v 的关系,均可用幂律函数进行拟合,相关系数均在0.96以上;与浆液扩散距离 L 的关系,分别可用指数函数、对数函数、指数函数进行拟合,相关系数均在0.98以上。浆液充填率可采用综合拟合公式进行计算。即对于同一种被注岩土体,注浆浆液充填率主要取决于注浆速度及浆液扩散距离。

A model experiment method was applied to study the grout diffusion backfill law of the por ‐ous sandstone material model under the condition of different bumping value. The results showed that the chemical grout would have an inhomogeneity existed in the backfill of the model material pores. When the grouting completed ,a relationship between the model permeability coefficient k , strength p ,pore backfill rate η and the grouting speed v could be fitted with the power law function and the correlation coefficients were all over 0.96. The relationship with the grout diffusion distance of L could be fitted with the index function ,logarithm function and index function and the correlation co ‐efficients were all over 0.98. The grout backfill rate could be calculated with the comprehensive fitting formula. As a same grouted rock and soil mass ,the grout backfill rate of the grouting was mainly de‐pended on the grouting speed and the grout diffusion distance.
