目的：探讨灯盏花注射液联合耳穴压豆对颈性眩晕患者的临床疗效。方法：将我院收治的颈性眩晕病患者60例作为研究对象，将患者按照入院时间的不同分为治疗组和对照组，每组各30例，两组患者在入院之后均接受临床上常规的标准治疗方案治疗，治疗组患者在此基础上加灯盏花注射液静脉输液和耳穴埋豆，疗程均为10d。观察和分析两组患者在治疗前后的临床症状及体征的变化情况。结果：两组患者经过临床治疗后临床症状均有所改善，治疗组疗效优于对照（P<0.05）；两组治疗前后TXB2、血小板聚集率比较显示治疗组改善优于对照组（P<0.05）；两组治疗前后椎－基底动脉流速比较显示治疗组改善优于对照组（P<0.05或0.01）。差异具有统计学意义。结论：灯盏花注射液联合耳穴压豆治疗颈性眩晕，灯盏花素注射液联合耳穴压豆治疗颈性眩晕效果明显，值得临床推广应用。
목적：탐토등잔화주사액연합이혈압두대경성현훈환자적림상료효。방법：장아원수치적경성현훈병환자60례작위연구대상，장환자안조입원시간적불동분위치료조화대조조，매조각30례，량조환자재입원지후균접수림상상상규적표준치료방안치료，치료조환자재차기출상가등잔화주사액정맥수액화이혈매두，료정균위10d。관찰화분석량조환자재치료전후적림상증상급체정적변화정황。결과：량조환자경과림상치료후림상증상균유소개선，치료조료효우우대조（P<0.05）；량조치료전후TXB2、혈소판취집솔비교현시치료조개선우우대조조（P<0.05）；량조치료전후추－기저동맥류속비교현시치료조개선우우대조조（P<0.05혹0.01）。차이구유통계학의의。결론：등잔화주사액연합이혈압두치료경성현훈，등잔화소주사액연합이혈압두치료경성현훈효과명현，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective: To discuss clinical effects of the Dengzhanhua injection plus ear acupoint therapy on cervical vertigo. Methods: In our hospital 60 cases of cervical vertigo became the research object. The patients according to the admission time were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group of 30 cases. The two groups were treated for the standard of clinical treatment, the treatment group were added the Dengzhanhua injection intravenous infusion. The course of treatment was 10 days. Results: In two groups the patients were improved after treatment in clinical symptoms, the treatment group was better than the control (P<0.05). TXB2 and the platelet aggregation rate comparison showed that the treatment group was better than the control group (P<0.05). Vertebral basilar artery velocity showed the treatment group better more (P<0.05 or 0.01). The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: In treating cervical vertigo, the effect of the Dengzhanhua injection plus ear acupoint therapy was obvious, worthy of clinical application.
