平煤五矿斜井掘砌施工中,突遇老空巷,工作面出现大量涌水,最大涌水量达40 m3/h 。经多方调查,确认前方有废弃巷道。为此,采取了一系列防治水措施,如工作面预注浆和其他快速施工技术。3条废弃斜井及老空巷,采用先探水排水,超前管棚式注浆支护,固结土体;再进行掘进和浇筑井壁,使斜井顺利穿越冲积层老空巷。

In the heading and lining construction of a mine inclined shaft in No.5 Mine of Pingmei ,a previous goaf was met and there was great mine water inflow occurred in the heading face. The max water inflow was 40 m 3 /h. With many investigations ,there were abandonment mine roadways in the front of the heading face. Therefore a series of the water prevention and control measures conducted , such as the pre-grouting at the heading face and other rapid construction technology. A water detection and water drainage were applied to the three abandonment mine inclined shafts and a goaf. An advance pipe shield type grouting and support was applied to consolidate the soil mass. Then the mine inclined shaft heading and the shaft liner concreting were conducted and the mine inclined shaft was successful ‐ly passed through the goaf in the alluvium.
