为解决高温孔口的红外隐身问题,对高温孔口进行了建模、仿真与实验。结合高温孔口的实际情况,利用Fluent仿真软件建立仿真模型。首先在计算机上进行仿真、分析,然后通过实验进行验证。通过研究发现,采用复合式隔热,红外抑制效果较好,而内壁导翅引流冷却技术能起到良好的冷却效果,综合采用二者能使高温孔口取得良好的红外隐身效果。
為解決高溫孔口的紅外隱身問題,對高溫孔口進行瞭建模、倣真與實驗。結閤高溫孔口的實際情況,利用Fluent倣真軟件建立倣真模型。首先在計算機上進行倣真、分析,然後通過實驗進行驗證。通過研究髮現,採用複閤式隔熱,紅外抑製效果較好,而內壁導翅引流冷卻技術能起到良好的冷卻效果,綜閤採用二者能使高溫孔口取得良好的紅外隱身效果。

To solve the problem on the infrared stealth of high temperature orifice, the article conducts modeling, simulation and experiment on the high temperature orifice. Combined with the actual situation of the high temperature orifice. Fluent simulation software is used to simulate model. Firstly, Simulation and analysis are made on the computer. Secondly, validation is made by experiment. Through the study, using composite insulation can make the infrared suppression better, the inner wall pilot wings drainage cooling technology can produce a good cooling effect and using a combination of the two can achieve good infrared camouflage effect for high temperature orifice.
