目的:研究DSA灌注成像对原发性肝细胞癌诊断的应用价值。方法分析34例原发性肝细胞癌病例DSA灌注成像影像,应用空间距离函数建立计算机临床诊断模型,然后把100个随机抽样测试样本输入模型验证。结果把100个随机抽样测试样本输入模型验证,真阳性率为92%,真阴性率94%。结论 DSA灌注成像是原发性肝细胞癌诊断的一种有效的方法。

목적:연구DSA관주성상대원발성간세포암진단적응용개치。방법분석34례원발성간세포암병례DSA관주성상영상,응용공간거리함수건립계산궤림상진단모형,연후파100개수궤추양측시양본수입모형험증。결과파100개수궤추양측시양본수입모형험증,진양성솔위92%,진음성솔94%。결론 DSA관주성상시원발성간세포암진단적일충유효적방법。
Objective To study the value of DSA(digital subtraction angiography) perfusion imaging in the diagnosis of hepatocel ular carcinoma. Methods The 34 cases of DSA perfusion imaging data were analysed, the space-distance model was used to build computer diagnostic model,we input 100 cases of random samples to verify the model. Results The 100 cases of random samples were input into the model, in order to verify the model, The true positive rate was 92%, the true negative rate was 94%. Conclusion DSA perfusion imaging was an ef ective method in diagnosis of hepatocel ular carcinoma.
