目的：探讨分析预见性护理与循证护理在手术室麻醉患者中应用的临床效果。方法将50例接受手术治疗的患者按就诊顺序随机分为两组，治疗组和对照组；每组各25例，治疗组给予循证护理措施，对照组给予预见性护理措施。总结分析对比两组患者在接受不同的护理措施后的临床效果。结果治疗组的术后并发症发生率为19.5%，对照组的术后并发症发生率为52.0%，治疗组的并发症发生率明显低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(<0.05)。结论预见性护理与循证护理两种护理方法都能够明显提高患者对护理的满意度，在手术室日常护理工作中应该将两种护理方法有效的结合起来，来保证手术的顺利进行，达到最好的护理效果。

목적：탐토분석예견성호리여순증호리재수술실마취환자중응용적림상효과。방법장50례접수수술치료적환자안취진순서수궤분위량조，치료조화대조조；매조각25례，치료조급여순증호리조시，대조조급여예견성호리조시。총결분석대비량조환자재접수불동적호리조시후적림상효과。결과치료조적술후병발증발생솔위19.5%，대조조적술후병발증발생솔위52.0%，치료조적병발증발생솔명현저우대조조，차이구유통계학의의(<0.05)。결론예견성호리여순증호리량충호리방법도능구명현제고환자대호리적만의도，재수술실일상호리공작중응해장량충호리방법유효적결합기래，래보증수술적순리진행，체도최호적호리효과。
Objective To study the analysis of the predictive nursing and the evidence-based nursing in the operating room anesthesia in patients with clinical ef ect of application. Methods 50 patients who underwent surgical treatment of patients in medical order were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group and control group. Each group of 25 cases of treatment group given evidence-based nursing measures, the control group given predictive nursing measures. Summary analysis compared two groups of patients in dif erent clinical ef ect after nursing intervention. Results the incidence of postoperative complications of treatment group was 19.5%, the incidence of postoperative complications was 52.0% in the control group, the incidence of complications of treatment group was obviously lower than the control group, the dif erence is statistical y significant ( < 0.05). Conclusion Predictive nursing and evidence-based nursing care methods can significantly improve patients satisfaction of nursing in operating room nurse daily work should combine two kinds of ef ective nursing method, to ensure the smooth progress of the operation, to achieve the best ef ect of nursing care.
