目的：分析不同疾病发展阶段慢性乙型肝炎病毒（HBV）感染患者的外周血IL-17检测以及其临床意义。方法收集HBV感染相性慢性乙肝病患者共58例作为观察组，并选择同期在我：门诊体检的健康人58例作为对照组，检测并对比分析两组的外周血IL-17含量。结果慢性乙型肝炎和肝硬化组IL-17血清水平均高于健康对照组(<0.01)，且肝硬化组亦高慢性乙型肝炎组(<0.01)，另外，失代偿期肝硬化患者IL-17水平均高于代偿期肝硬化患者。结论 HBV感染相关性慢性肝病IL-17的表达参与了HBV感染以后的免疫应答，在感染HBV直至发展成为肝硬化的整个过程中具有一定的作用，因此，IL-17有望作为肝硬化抗纤维化治疗的靶点。

Objective We analyze the IL-17 test of chronic hepatitis B virus(HBV) suf erers on every stage of the disease and it's clinical significance. Methods The col ection phase of chronic HBV infection in patients with a total of 58 cases of hepatitis B as the observation group, and select the same period in our clinic examination of 58 cases of healthy people as a control group, and comparative analysis of the two groups detected in peripheral blood IL-17 content. Results The IL-17 blood serum level of chronic HBV suf erers and cir hosis was higher than the healthy persons ( <0.01), meanwhile, the blood serum level of cirrhosis was higher than HBV ( <0.01). Moreover, patients with decompensated cir hosis IL-17 levels were higher in patients with decompensated cir hosis. Conclusion Expression of HBV-related chronic liver infection IL-17 are involved in the immune response after HBV infection, the explanations of IL-17 turn out to be ef ective while HBV develops into cir hosis. Hopeful y, the IL-17 test may thus be the bul 's eye of cri hosis antifibrotic therapy.
