目的:探讨对新入职护士的规范化培训效果。方法在本院施行规培护士的培训方法及考核措施,比较规培前后护士理论及操作考试成绩、临床护理能力、职业归属情况。结果规培后护士理论及操作考试成绩、临床护理能力、职业归属情况均较培训前改善( P<0.05)。结论规范化临床培训有助于新入职护士护理能力的提高。

Objective To explore the effect of standardized training methods for newly recruited nurses. Methods Standardized training methods and assessment measures for newly recruited nurses were applied in the hospital.Nurses? theoretical test score,operation test score, clinical nursing competence and occupation of belonging were compared before and after the training.Results Nurses? theoretical test score, operation test score,clinical nursing competence and occupation of belonging were better after the training(P<0.05).Conclusion Standard?ized training methods could improve the nursing competency of newly recruited nurses.
