45 cases of refractory ascites received ascites reinfusion surgery and nursing. 19 cases were highly effective; 13 cases were effective; 13 cases were invalid, and the total effective rate was 71.1%. Ascites reinfusion surgery was effective on refractory ascites, and worthy of promotion in clinic.
