目的：探讨原发性失眠症不同证型与焦虑、抑郁自评量表的关联性。方法：收集原发性失眠症病例225例，采用《原发性失眠症中医辨证分型调查评定量表》逐一辨证分型，同时填写焦虑（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS），运用统计学方法分析其相关性。结果：肝火扰心证组的SAS标准分明显高于其他证型；肝火扰心证组和心肾气阴两虚证组的SDS明显高于心脾两虚证组、肝胆湿热证组等7组证型；肝肾阴虚证组SDS标准分高于心脾两虚证组、肝胆湿热证组等5组证型。结论：原发性失眠症中医证型与焦虑、抑郁具有一定的相关性，其中，肝火扰心证患者具有明显的焦虑、抑郁表现，心阴虚或肾阴虚抑郁程度严重，气虚或血虚情绪变化轻微。
목적：탐토원발성실면증불동증형여초필、억욱자평량표적관련성。방법：수집원발성실면증병례225례，채용《원발성실면증중의변증분형조사평정량표》축일변증분형，동시전사초필（SAS）、억욱자평량표（SDS），운용통계학방법분석기상관성。결과：간화우심증조적SAS표준분명현고우기타증형；간화우심증조화심신기음량허증조적SDS명현고우심비량허증조、간담습열증조등7조증형；간신음허증조SDS표준분고우심비량허증조、간담습열증조등5조증형。결론：원발성실면증중의증형여초필、억욱구유일정적상관성，기중，간화우심증환자구유명현적초필、억욱표현，심음허혹신음허억욱정도엄중，기허혹혈허정서변화경미。
Objective:It analyzes the correlation of primary insomnia syndrome differentiations of TCM with SAS and SDS .Methods:Collected 225 cases of primary insomnia patients .Used the“primary insomnia syndrome differentia‐tions of traditional Chinese medicine scale”each syndrome type ,simultaneously filled anxiety (SAS) ,self‐rating depres‐sion scale (SDS) ,then use of statistical methods to analyze the relationship between them .Results :The syndrome of liver disturbed by liver‐fire ,SAS standard score of patients was obviously higher than other syndromes .Both the syndrome of liver disturbed by liver‐fire and the heart and kidney Qi deficiency the scores were significantly higher than the syndrome of deficiency of both heart and spleen ,etcetera 7 groups of syndromes type .The scores of liver kidney Yin deficiency syn‐drome were higher than the syndrome of deficiency of both heart and spleen and the syndrome of liver and gallbladder damp heat ,etcetera 5 groups of syndromes type .Conclusion:There is a close connection between primary insomnia syn‐drome differentiations of TCM and anxiety and depression .Among them the patients of liver disturbed by liver‐fire syn‐drome showed obviously anxiety ,depression .The patients of heart Yin deficiency or kidney Yin deficiency had severe de‐pression degree .The patients of Qi deficiency or blood deficiency showed tiny mood changes .
