目的:探讨脱管散对金黄色葡萄球菌生物膜的影响。方法体外Brown平板法改良法进行体外金黄色葡萄球菌生物膜的培育,根据试管二倍稀释法对脱管散的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)进行测定,分别将脱管散稀释为1/4、1/2、1.5倍、2倍浓度,在扫描电镜的辅助下观察不同浓度药物、不同时间点干预后金黄色葡萄球菌生物膜的变化情况。结果7d内金黄色葡萄球菌生物膜稳定形成,当脱管散浓度为30mg/ml(1/4)、60mg/ml(1/2)浓度下,在各时间点与对照组的生物膜细菌无统计学差异(>0.05),两者无差异,180mg/ml(1.5倍)、240mg/ml(2倍)、360mg/ml(3倍)时对BF上的金黄色葡萄球菌有明显清除作用,且随着浓度的升高载体细菌数数量逐渐减少;360 mg/ml浓度作用下24h时BF内的金葡菌被完全清除。结论脱管散具有理想的抗菌性。

목적:탐토탈관산대금황색포도구균생물막적영향。방법체외Brown평판법개량법진행체외금황색포도구균생물막적배육,근거시관이배희석법대탈관산적최저억균농도(MIC)진행측정,분별장탈관산희석위1/4、1/2、1.5배、2배농도,재소묘전경적보조하관찰불동농도약물、불동시간점간예후금황색포도구균생물막적변화정황。결과7d내금황색포도구균생물막은정형성,당탈관산농도위30mg/ml(1/4)、60mg/ml(1/2)농도하,재각시간점여대조조적생물막세균무통계학차이(>0.05),량자무차이,180mg/ml(1.5배)、240mg/ml(2배)、360mg/ml(3배)시대BF상적금황색포도구균유명현청제작용,차수착농도적승고재체세균수수량축점감소;360 mg/ml농도작용하24h시BF내적금포균피완전청제。결론탈관산구유이상적항균성。
Objective To investigate the ef ect of TuoGuansan Staphylococcus aureus biofilms.Methods Through brown plate improved method,to cultivate Staphylococcus aureus biofilms in vitro, according to tube dilution method TuoGuanSan minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC)were measured,respectively TuoGuansan diluted to 1/4,1/2,1.5-fold,2-fold.To observe the changes of the drug at dif erent concentrations and dif erent time by electron microscopy.Results Within 7 days of staphylococcus aureus biofilm formation stability When the concentration of TuoGuansan to 30 mg/ml(1/4), 60 mg/ml(1/2)concentrations.there was no dif erence in bacterial biofilms at each time point and the control group,there was no dif erence between groups at dif erent time.180 mg/ml(1.5 times),240 mg/ml(2 times),360 mg/ml(three times)of staphylococcus aureus have obvious scavenging ef ect on BF,and with the car ier concentration increases gradual y reduced the number of bacteria;under 360 mg/ml concentration ef ect aureus was completely cleared within 24h.Conclusion It has clinical development use value because of TuoGuansan'sAntimicrobial properties.
