专题调研环节能够突出学以致用、研以促学的党校教育教学特色，已成为党校主体班教学中深受学员欢迎的教学方法。M市委党校主体班在开展专题调研的过程中虽然取得了一定的实效，但仍然存在教师指导浅表化、调研过程形式化、成果评价简单化和转化运用低效化等问题。为此，党校要通过以下五个方面提升专题调研在教学中的实效性：一是更新观念，改进调研作风；二是完善制度，建立健全配套机制；三是突出问题导向，力避调研误区；四是科学指导，提高成果资政价值；五是畅通渠道，促进成果转化。

Special investigation can highlight the features of education and teaching in party school,which are“study to apply,research to promote”,and it becomes popular teaching method in main class in party school. During the course of special investigation,the main class in party school of M City has obtained certain effects,while still exists some problems,such as plain guide of mentors,formalization of investigation course,simplification of achievement evaluation and inefficiency of application. Therefore,we must promote effectiveness of special investigation in teaching from following five aspects: update concept and improve style of investigation; complete system and establish perfect mechanism;highlight important problems and avoid wrong regions;scientifically guide and increase value of achievement;unblock channel and promote transformation of achievement.
