目的:调查 ICU 铜绿假单胞菌临床分布及耐药性分析,为临床诊断及合理应用抗生素提供科学依据。方法选择济宁医学院附属医院 ICU 一区2013年9月至2014年9月住院患者的临床标本进行常规细菌培养鉴定,以 K-B 纸片扩散法进行药物敏感性试验,对分离出的铜绿假单胞菌药敏试验结果进行统计分析。结果从各种标本中共分离到铜绿假单胞菌216株,其中呼吸道标本痰液百分比最高,占69%。在15种抗生素药敏试验中阿米卡星、头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠、头孢吡肟体外抗菌活性最好,铜绿假单胞菌株耐药性强,产生多重耐药菌63株。结论 ICU 铜绿假单胞菌感染主要为呼吸道感染,ICU中铜绿假单胞菌耐药率较高,应引起高度重视,要加强病原学检测,以有效控制感染。

목적:조사 ICU 동록가단포균림상분포급내약성분석,위림상진단급합리응용항생소제공과학의거。방법선택제저의학원부속의원 ICU 일구2013년9월지2014년9월주원환자적림상표본진행상규세균배양감정,이 K-B 지편확산법진행약물민감성시험,대분리출적동록가단포균약민시험결과진행통계분석。결과종각충표본중공분리도동록가단포균216주,기중호흡도표본담액백분비최고,점69%。재15충항생소약민시험중아미잡성、두포고동서파탄납、두포필우체외항균활성최호,동록가단포균주내약성강,산생다중내약균63주。결론 ICU 동록가단포균감염주요위호흡도감염,ICU중동록가단포균내약솔교고,응인기고도중시,요가강병원학검측,이유효공제감염。
Objective To investigate the clinical distribution and drug resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in intensive care units (ICU ),and provide scientific basis for the clinical diagnosis and reasonable application of antibiotics.Methods Clinical specimens which were recruited from I in the Affiliated Hospital of Jining Medical College from September 2013 to September 2014.They were treated with routine bacterial culture and identification.Drug susceptibility test was performed by K-B disk diffusion method.The statistical analysis was carried on the separated Pseudomonas aeruginosa susceptibility test results.Results Two hundred and sixteen strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa were isolated from the various specimens,among which the respiratory tract sputum percentage was the highest,accounting for 69%.Among 1 5 kinds′antibiotic susceptibility tests,the vitro antibacterial activity of Amikacin,cefoperazone sulbactam sodium and cefepime were the best.Pseudomonas aeruginosa strain resistance was strong.Sixty-three multi drug resistant bacteria strains were produced.Conclusions The infection of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in ICU is mainly through respiratory tract.The resistance rate of Pseudomonas aeruginosa is high in ICU,which should be paid great attention to.We should do more pathogen detections to control the infection effectively.
