目的：了解我：88例糖尿病足患者的临床特点，探讨糖尿病足发生的诱因。方法收集成都医学：第一附属医：内分泌代谢科2012年7月~2014年7月住：的糖尿病足患者临床资料，进行回顾性分析，发现糖尿病足的特点。结果88例糖尿病足患者中，69.3%的患者糖尿病病程在5年以上，86.4%的患者糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）>6.5%，多并发糖尿病周围神经病变和蛋白尿。糖尿病足溃疡好发于足趾，烧/烫伤是最常见诱因，其病原菌感染以革兰阳性菌为主。结论糖尿病足多发生在血糖控制差、病程长的糖尿病患者，其发生常有诱因，早期对存在糖尿病足隐患的患者进行筛查及预防非常重要。
목적：료해아：88례당뇨병족환자적림상특점，탐토당뇨병족발생적유인。방법수집성도의학：제일부속의：내분비대사과2012년7월~2014년7월주：적당뇨병족환자림상자료，진행회고성분석，발현당뇨병족적특점。결과88례당뇨병족환자중，69.3%적환자당뇨병병정재5년이상，86.4%적환자당화혈홍단백（HbA1c）>6.5%，다병발당뇨병주위신경병변화단백뇨。당뇨병족궤양호발우족지，소/탕상시최상견유인，기병원균감염이혁란양성균위주。결론당뇨병족다발생재혈당공제차、병정장적당뇨병환자，기발생상유유인，조기대존재당뇨병족은환적환자진행사사급예방비상중요。
Objective To explore the clinical characteristics of 88 patients to be hospitalized with diabetic foot, to investigate the causes of diabetic foot. Methods Inpatients with diabetic foot were enrol ed in the Endocrinology Department of First Af iliated Hospital of Chengdu Medical Col ege from July,2006 to July 2010.Clinical data of patients were col ected and analyzed retrospectively to found the characteristics of diabetic foot. Results These 88 patients, 69.3%of patients had diabetes mel itus more than five years.Glycosylated hemoglobin ( HbA1c) in 86.4%patients was higher than 6.5%.Most of patients were complicated with diabetic peripheral neuropathy or proteinuria. Diabetic foot ulcers mostly occur ed in the toe, burn or scald were the mainly causes. Gram-positive bacteria dominated the infected pathogen. Conclusion Diabetic foot occur ed mainly in poorly glycemic control ed and longer duration patients which usual y already had occasion. Screening and prevention at early stage were very important to patients with diabetic foot risks factors.
