职业锚是个体的一种职业自我观,与个体职业发展的定位密切相关。文章从职业锚的概念和类型出发,对民警职业锚认定与优化公安人力资源配置的关系进行了客观分析,并基于职业锚理论,提出了优化公安人力资源配置的基本思路:引导促进民警职业锚的开发与认定;健全完善民警职位分类管理办法;研究设计因“锚”而异的民警激励考核机制;建立完善以职业发展需求为导向的民警在职教育培训机制。
職業錨是箇體的一種職業自我觀,與箇體職業髮展的定位密切相關。文章從職業錨的概唸和類型齣髮,對民警職業錨認定與優化公安人力資源配置的關繫進行瞭客觀分析,併基于職業錨理論,提齣瞭優化公安人力資源配置的基本思路:引導促進民警職業錨的開髮與認定;健全完善民警職位分類管理辦法;研究設計因“錨”而異的民警激勵攷覈機製;建立完善以職業髮展需求為導嚮的民警在職教育培訓機製。

The Career Anchor is a view of the individual himself about profession and it is closely related with the career development position. From the concept and types of the career anchor, the paper analyzes impersonally the relations between the career anchor afifrmation and the optimization of police human resource allocation. Based on the Career Anchor Theory, it puts forward the basic framework to optimize the police human resource allocation, guide and promote the career anchor afifrmation of policemen, improve the administrative measures of the police department category, study the incentive mechanism and establish and improve the educational and training mechanism which is oriented by the career development needs of policemen.
