针对钢管外观检测中目前使用的测量方法误差较大的情况,设计加工了一种辅助测量模板,并在生产现场进行实际使用。结果表明,所设计的辅助测量模板具有较大的移动空间,测量时更容易避开测量点附近的波浪纹、辊痕等的影响,保证了测量结果的准确性。该模板可直接用于钢管的形状偏差包括噘嘴、扁平块、摔坑以及焊缝尺寸和错边的测量,也可以用于小直径钢管焊缝高度、错边量的精确测量。

At present, in consideration of some bigger measurement errors existed in steel pipe surface measurement methods, a kind of aided measure template was designed and machined, and it was used in production site. The results indicated that the designed handheld measure template is with larger moving space;it is easier to avoid the influence of raised grain, roll marks etc. near the measurement points, which ensured the accuracy of the measurement results. This measure template not only can directly measure steel pipe shape deviation, including peak, flat spots, dents, weld size and offset, but also accurately measure weld height and offset of small diameter steel pipe.
