以高Nb X80管线钢为研究对象,对钢中M/A岛的大小、形貌和分布特征进行了分析。结果表明,冷却速度的提高使钢中M/A岛尺寸更为细小,分布更为弥散、均匀,形貌趋于圆形或球状,有利于提高管线钢的力学性能;相同的冷却速度下,提高Nb含量可以促进了条状M/A岛的生成,说明高Nb含量促进了M/A岛从点状、块状向条状的转变;合金成分和冷却速度的调整可以减少M/A岛对钢性能产生的不利影响。

In this article, it took high-Nb X80 pipeline steel as research object to analyze the size, morphology and distribution characteristics of M/A islands. The results showed that increasing cooling rate can make M/A islands become more fine and uniform, and the shape tends to be round or globular, it is in favour to improve the mechanical properties of pipeline steel. Under the same cooling rate, increasing Nb content can improve M/A islands forming, it explained high Nb content to promote M/A islands transformation from the dot, block to strip. The adverse effects on steel properties of the M/A islands can be reduced when the composition and cooling rate are adjusted.
