针对国内LNG储罐内罐材料(06Ni9DR)焊接接头进行100%X射线检测时存在的问题,分析了影响无损检测准确性的因素。分析结果表明,焊缝余高、增感屏厚度等参数都会影响底片的黑度,散射线和暗室处理操作不当也会影响评定结果的准确性。只有射线检测拍出的底片黑度、灵敏度、灰雾度等技术指标达到标准的要求,才能完成对材料缺陷的无损检测,得到准确的检测评定结果。

Aiming at the problems existed in 100%X-ray detection for the welded joints of the inner tank material (06Ni9DR)of China domestic LNG store tank, it analyzed the factors of affecting NDT accuracy in this article, the results indicated the weld reinforcement, intensifying screen thickness and other parameters all affect the film blackness , and the improper operation of scattered rays and darkroom processing also can affect the evaluation result accuracy. Only the film blackness, sensitivity, fog density and other technical parameters of radiographic detection reach standard requirements, the NDT for material defects can be completed, and obtained accurate evaluation results.
