针对X90钢?1219 mm×16.3 mm螺旋埋弧焊钢管第二轮单炉试制过程,分析了X90板卷在制管过程中拉伸性能的变化规律。结果表明, X90螺旋埋弧焊管制管过程中,成型后屈服强度和屈强比明显下降,静水压试验后钢管屈服强度和屈强比明显升高,抗拉强度变化不大。同时在此基础上,提出了X90板卷订货技术条件制定的原则。
針對X90鋼?1219 mm×16.3 mm螺鏇埋弧銲鋼管第二輪單爐試製過程,分析瞭X90闆捲在製管過程中拉伸性能的變化規律。結果錶明, X90螺鏇埋弧銲管製管過程中,成型後屈服彊度和屈彊比明顯下降,靜水壓試驗後鋼管屈服彊度和屈彊比明顯升高,抗拉彊度變化不大。同時在此基礎上,提齣瞭X90闆捲訂貨技術條件製定的原則。

Aiming at the second round single furnace trial manufacture process of X90 ?1 219 mm ×16.3 mm SAWH pipe, it studied the change rule of tensile properties of X90 steel in the manufacturing process. The results showed that in the manufacturing process, the yield strength and yield ratio decrease greatly after forming , and increase obviously after hydrostatic testing, the tensile strength hardly change. Based on this, it put forward the establishment principles of technical conditions of procurement order for X90 steel plate.
