通过对2株高纤维素酶活的纤维素降解细菌的产酶条件进行试验,分析了秸秆碳源形态、氮源量、pH值、温度等因素对酶活性的影响,利用标准曲线计算酶活性,从而确定优化的最佳产酶条件。

The experiment was carried out that of the enzyme producing conditions of 2 strains of cellulose degradation bacteria with high cellulase activity,the influence of the straw carbon source,nitrogen source,pH value and temperature on enzyme activity were analyzed,enzyme activity was calculated using the standard curve,so as to find out the best optimization conditions of enzyme production.
