针对网络数据的爆炸式增长和大数据技术的迅速发展,提出了基于大数据分析的移动通信网络规划方法,立足规划目标,以大数据工具多维度挖掘分析用户的价值、感知、行为、轨迹等,全面反映用户对于网络的需求,进而聚焦市场、围绕用户感知制定科学合理的方案,构建精准化规划体系促进网络良性发展。最后,结合具体案例对该方法加以应用。

According to explosive growth of network data and rapid development of big data technology, a method of mobile communication network planning based on big data analysis was presented. In the light of planning objective, user’s value, perception, behavior and trajectory were multi-dimensionally excavated and analyzed by means of big data tools to fully describe user’s demand on network. In addition, scientific and feasible solution oriented to market and user was drawn up. Finally, the application of the proposed method was presented with specific cases.
