通过介绍eMBMS网络结构,并对eMBMS信道结构和业务调度进行分析,提出了基于统计的eMBMS容量规划的方法,即根据现网统计边缘RS-SINR确定PMCH的边缘RS-SINR和PMCH速率,再根据PMCH速率和视频的码率确定1个子帧可以传输的视频流数。根据南宁现网的RS-SINR统计,1个子帧可以传输5路标清视频、2路高清视频或者1路超清视频。

By introducing enhanced Multimedia Broadcast/Multicast Service (eMBMS) network structure and analyzing channel structure and service scheduling of eMBMS, a capacity planning method based on statistics was proposed in this paper. According to statistics of marginal RS-SINR in existing network, the marginal RS-SINR and PMCH rate of PMCH were determined. Furthermore, in the light of PMCH rate and video code rate, the number of video lfows in one sub-frame could be determined. According to RS-SINR statistics in Nanning’s existing network, 5 channel standard-deifnition videos, 2 channel high-deifnition videos or 1 channel super-deifnition video can be transmitted in one sub-frame.
