HH Capsules%Fingerprint%High Performance Liquid Chromatography
目的:建立HH胶囊的HPLC指纹图谱分析方法,拟定其指纹特征图谱指标成分群。方法高效液相色谱法测定,采用大连依利特ODS-BP C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),检测波长230 nm;柱温30℃;流速1.0 mL/min;流动相:A相为0.1%磷酸溶液,B相为乙腈,进行二元梯度洗脱。结果最终标定14个特征峰构成HH胶囊的指纹图谱。通过与标准品对照,确定其中1号峰为没食子酸、8号峰为柯里拉京、9号峰为虎杖苷、10号峰为鞣花酸、13号峰为甘草酸、14号峰为齐墩果酸。结论HPLC法准确、可靠,可为HH胶囊提供质量评价及鉴别依据,并为其物质基础研究提供了一定参考。

Objective To establish analysis method of High Performance Liquid Chromatography(HPLC)fingerprint on HH capsules,to developed its characteristic fingerprint component groups. Methods HPLC with Dalian Elite ODS-BP C18 column 4.6 mm × 250 mm,5μm)was used,detection wavelength was 230nm;column temperature was 30℃;flow rate was 1.0 mL/min;mobile phase:A phase with 0.1% phosphoric acid,B phase with acetonitrile,gradient elution performed. Results The final calibrated 14 characteristic peaks constituted HH capsules fingerprint. By comparison with the standard,determined the 1st peak gallic acid,the 8th peak Corilagin,the 9th peak polydatin,the 10th peak of ellagic acid,the 13th peak of glycyrrhizin,the 14th Feng Qi oleanolic acid. Conclusion HPLC method is accurate,reliable,and can provide a basis for quality evaluation and identification of HH capsules,and provide some reference for material fundamental research.
