研究了用 TC500氧氮分析仪测定碳化铬中氮的分析条件。结果表明:采用称样量为0.10 g,镍囊包裹,分析功率5000 W,比较器水平为3的条件下测定,可以得到满意的分析结果。对碳化铬进行分析,得到的相对标准偏差为1.42%,加标回收率在97.0%~101.2%之间。

The conditions for determination of nitrogen content in chromium carbide by TC500 nitrogen oxygen analyzer were studied. The results indicate that a satisfactory result can be obtained when the determination is carried out under following conditions: the sample with nickel capsule package 0.10 g, the analysis power 5000W ,the comparator level 3.The relative standard deviation is 1.42%, and the addition standard recovery is 97.0% ~ 101.2%.
