目的探讨农村高血压患者防治干预效果与对策。方法对2012年3月~2013年10月来自农村地区的130例高血压患者资料进行回顾性分析，通过随访调查，对患者的血压控制情况进行记录，在患者血压常规控制基础上，对患者全面健康教育干预，对患者干预前后的血压控制效果进行分析，并总结高血压防治干预对策。结果通过问卷调查发现，多数患者能够正确认识到自身疾病的危害性。通过防治干预，患者血压水平明显降低，不良生活习惯明显改善，与干预前比较，<0.05。结论在农村地区高血压患者进行防治干预，可扩大疾病知识普及率，为患者良好预后提供有效指导。

Objective To study the prevention of hypertension patients in rural intervention ef ect and countermeasures.Methods In April 2012 to March 2012 from rural areas during the period of 130 cases of patients with high blood pressure data were retrospectively analyzed,through the fol ow-up survey to keep a record of the patient's blood pressure control in patients with normal blood pressure control,on the basis of a comprehensive health education intervention on the patients,the patients before and after the intervention of blood pressure control ef ect is analyzed,and summarizes the prevention and control of hypertension intervention countermeasures.Results Through the questionnaire survey found that most patients can cor ect understanding to the dangers of their disease. Through after the intervention,prevention and cure patients significantly lower blood pressure,bad living habits improved significantly,compared with before intervention ( <0.05).Conclusion Hypertension prevention and intervention in rural areas,and can be used to expand knowledge penetration,and provide ef ective guidance for the patients with good prognosis.
