分析了含蜡原油地面集输系统的难点,综述了目前常用的防蜡技术方法,重点介绍了电磁感应伴热输送、集肤效应伴热输送、加剂输送及井口电磁防蜡技术,阐明了各自的原理、研究应用情况及存在的问题。通过几种方法的分析比较,确定了地面集输系统选择防蜡方法选择的基本原则。

Technical difficulties in wax inhibition for gathering and transportation pipelines were analyzed, and common wax inhibition techniques were summarized. Electromagnetic induction tracing, skin electric current tracing, chemical and electro-magnetic method for wax inhibition were mainly introduced. Their mechanisms, application and choke points were discussed. Through a comprehensive comparation of several techniques for wax inhibiting and removing, the basic principles for choosing wax inhibition means were determined.
