目的对比右美托咪定和曲马多治疗术后寒战的效果，以供临床参考。方法选择2012年5月~2013年4月我院外科手术患者130例作为研究对象，根据随机法分组。A组患者接受右美托咪定治疗，B组患者接受曲马多治疗。对比两组患者术后寒战控制情况和不良反应的差异性。结果对比两组患者术后寒战控制情况发现，两组间差异无统计学意义(>0.05)。对比两组患者不良反应发生率发现，B组明显高于A组，差异具有统计学意义(<0.05)。结论右美托咪定和曲马多在术后寒战的治疗中疗效均较满意，其中右美托咪定不良反应更少，具有更大的优越性，值得在今后的临床工作中推广应用。

Objective Compare the ef ects of dexmedetomidine and tramadol for postoperative shivering,for clinical reference.Methods Choose 30 patients with surgical operation from May.2012 to Apr. 2013 in our hospital as research object,random grouping.Group A received dexmedetomidine treatment,group B received tramadol treatment.Compare two groups of patients with postoperative dif erences between control and adverse reaction of the chil s.Results Compared two groups of patients with postoperative control rate,no statistical y significant dif erences between the two groups ( >0.05). Compared two groups of patients with adverse reaction was found,group B was significantly higher than that in group A,the dif erence was statistical y significant( <0.05).Conclusion The curative ef ect of the treatment of dexmedetomidine and tramadol in postoperative shivering were satisfactory,wherein dexmedetomidine less adverse reaction,has more advantages,is worthy of promotion and application in clinical work in the future.
