浙西Ⅲ2级成矿带是一条重要的铜、钼、金、铅锌多金属成矿带，沙木坞锌多金属矿床位于浙西Ⅲ2级成矿带的南西段，矿床类型为与燕山期重熔型岩浆活动密切相关的矽卡岩型。文章通过对矿区地层、构造、岩浆岩、矿体及矿石的特征进行研究，总结了矿床地质特征及成矿规律，并对控矿因素、矿床成因和成矿模式进行了探讨，对今后矿区及外围的找矿工作具指导意义。
浙西Ⅲ2級成礦帶是一條重要的銅、鉬、金、鉛鋅多金屬成礦帶，沙木塢鋅多金屬礦床位于浙西Ⅲ2級成礦帶的南西段，礦床類型為與燕山期重鎔型巖漿活動密切相關的矽卡巖型。文章通過對礦區地層、構造、巖漿巖、礦體及礦石的特徵進行研究，總結瞭礦床地質特徵及成礦規律，併對控礦因素、礦床成因和成礦模式進行瞭探討，對今後礦區及外圍的找礦工作具指導意義。

Zhexi Ⅲ2 stage metallogenic belt is an important Cu’ Mo’Au and Pb’Zn polymetallic belt. Shamuwu zinc polymetallic deposit is located in southwestern Zhexi metallogenic belt, which are the skarn-type zinc polymetallic deposits with closely related to late Yanshanian age anatectic magma activity. By studying the ore field stratum,tectonics,magmatic rocks,orebody and ore characteristics,it has summarized geological characteristics and metallogenic regularity of the deposit and discussed ore-cont rolling factors , origin of ore deposit and metallogenic model. It has guiding significance for the mining area and its peripheral prospecting in the future.
