以石蒜盛花期的花粉为试验材料,采用液体培养基法研究了培养基组成、贮藏温度和时间对花粉萌发特性的影响。结果表明:石蒜花粉萌发的最适培养基为150 g/L蔗糖+10 mg/L硼酸,花粉萌发率达41.07%;石蒜花粉生活力随贮藏时间的延长而下降,适宜的贮藏温度为-20℃,可保持生活力达28 d。

Using full-bloom stage pollen of Lycoris radiata(L.Her.)Herb as test material,effect of culture medium composition,storage temperature and time on germination characteristics was studied by culturing pollens in liquid media.Results showed that the suitable culture medium for pollen germination of Lycoris radiata(L.Her.)Herb was sucrose 150 g/L+H3BO3 10 mg/L and the pollen germination rate was 41.07%.The germination rate of Lycoris radiata(L.Her.)Herb decreased with the prolonging of storage time.The appropriate storage temperature of Lycoris radiata(L. Her.)Herb was-20℃,and could keep vitality be 28 d.
