针对目前原油顺序输送的混油问题,为了找出最佳切割点,已模拟了水平,竖直,停输等情况,但对于一些特殊管段的研究不够,通过模拟两种特殊管段-弯管补偿的∏形管和分支管二种情况。应用 FLUENT软件以大庆和胜利油田油品为例建立原油管段顺序输送模型,得出了混油浓度变化图象和规律,即∏形管对混油有很大影响,增加了混油的长度存在拖尾现象,而分支管对混油的长度的影响较小可忽略不计。两种情况的结论分析有助于找出原油顺序输送的混油的最佳切割点。

For the problem of contamination in batch transportation of crude oil, simulation of the contamination in horizontal pipe and vertical pipe or during shutdown has been carried out in order to find out the best cutting point, but research on the contamination in special pipe section is not enough. In this paper, the contamination in two kinds of special sections including ∏ shape pipe and branch pipe was simulated with Daqing and Shengli crude oil as samples by FLUENT software, the crude oil batch transportation model was established, mixed oil concentration change image and laws were obtained. The results show that the ∏ shape tube has a great influence on the contamination, it can increase the length of the mixed oil and cause trailing phenomenon; influence of the branch pipe to the length of mixed oil is negligible. The conclusion of two cases can contribute to finding the best cutting point.
