利用交叉培养结合高效液相色谱分析的方法,研究了杜氏盐藻与球等鞭金藻、叉鞭金藻、湛江等鞭金藻和小球藻之间的化感作用,并测定了受试后球等鞭金藻和杜氏盐藻的SOD活力。结果表明:(1)杜氏盐藻与球等鞭金藻、青岛叉鞭金藻、湛江等鞭金藻及小球藻之间存在着显著的化感作用,其中,湛江等鞭金藻、青岛叉鞭金藻胞外滤液对杜氏盐藻的生长有明显的抑制作用,杜氏盐藻胞外滤液明显地抑制小球藻的生长;(2)青岛叉鞭金藻、湛江叉鞭金藻、球等鞭金藻和小球藻胞外滤液萃取物分别至少由6种、8种、6种和6种物质组成;(3)微藻胞外滤液对受试藻SOD酶活性有明显影响。
利用交扠培養結閤高效液相色譜分析的方法,研究瞭杜氏鹽藻與毬等鞭金藻、扠鞭金藻、湛江等鞭金藻和小毬藻之間的化感作用,併測定瞭受試後毬等鞭金藻和杜氏鹽藻的SOD活力。結果錶明:(1)杜氏鹽藻與毬等鞭金藻、青島扠鞭金藻、湛江等鞭金藻及小毬藻之間存在著顯著的化感作用,其中,湛江等鞭金藻、青島扠鞭金藻胞外濾液對杜氏鹽藻的生長有明顯的抑製作用,杜氏鹽藻胞外濾液明顯地抑製小毬藻的生長;(2)青島扠鞭金藻、湛江扠鞭金藻、毬等鞭金藻和小毬藻胞外濾液萃取物分彆至少由6種、8種、6種和6種物質組成;(3)微藻胞外濾液對受試藻SOD酶活性有明顯影響。
이용교차배양결합고효액상색보분석적방법,연구료두씨염조여구등편금조、차편금조、담강등편금조화소구조지간적화감작용,병측정료수시후구등편금조화두씨염조적SOD활력。결과표명:(1)두씨염조여구등편금조、청도차편금조、담강등편금조급소구조지간존재착현저적화감작용,기중,담강등편금조、청도차편금조포외려액대두씨염조적생장유명현적억제작용,두씨염조포외려액명현지억제소구조적생장;(2)청도차편금조、담강차편금조、구등편금조화소구조포외려액췌취물분별지소유6충、8충、6충화6충물질조성;(3)미조포외려액대수시조SOD매활성유명현영향。
Together with high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) analysis, the method of cross culture is applied to research the allelopathy among the Dunaliella salina, Isochrysis galbana,Dicrateria inornata, Isochrysis zhangjiangensis and Chlorella vulgaris. Besides, the SOD activity ofI. galbana and D. salina is measured. Results indicate that:① a significant allelopathy exists among theD. salina, I. galbana,D. inornata, I. zhangjiangensis and C. vulgaris, in which the extracellular filtrate of Isochrysis zhangjiangensis and Dicrateria inornata distinctively inhibits the growth of D. salina; the extracellular filtrate of D. salina inhibits the growth of C. vulgaris.② The extracellular filtrate ofD. inornata, I. zhangjiangensis, I. galbana and C. vulgaris respectively consists of at least 6, 8, 6, 6 kinds of components;③ The extracellular filtrate has obvious influence on the SOD enzyme activity of the subjected algae.
