Obstetrics and Gynecology%Nurse%Stratification training
目的:探讨妇产科护士继续教育的方法,以期不断提高妇产科护士岗位胜任力,提高妇产科护理工作质量。方法根据妇产科护理人员的职称、学历、工龄和工作能力的不同,将妇产科护士分为:N0护士、N1护士、N2护士、N3护士、N4护士5层,采用分层次培训的方法进行在职教育。结果进行分层培训后妇产科护理人员理论考核、操作考核得分均高于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);培训后妇产科住院患者与家属的满意度、妇产科医生对护士的满意度均高于培训前,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论分层次培训提高了妇产科护士整体素质,提高了妇产科的整体护理水平,能调动妇产科护士的积极性,挖掘妇产科护士的潜能,提高妇产科护理工作质量和妇产科护士的专业水平。

Objective Explore ways of continuing education for obstetrics and gynecology nurses, in order to continuously improve their com?petence to work and improve the quality of work.Methods Divide nurses into 5 level:N0,N1,N2,N3 and N4, depending on their profession?al ranks and titles, qualifications, seniority and work ability.Then use stratified approach to do in-service education training.Results After stratification training ,nurses? theoretical and operational assessment scores were higher than before, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Satisfaction of patients and their families, doctors satisfaction for nurses are all higher than before, the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Stratification training can improve the overall quality of nurses and the overall level of nursing care, can Mobilize the enthusiasm of nurses, can develop the potential of nurses, and Improve the level of expertise of nurses.
