目的:探索品管圈活动(QCC)在儿童医院门诊一医一患执行中的效果与体会。方法成立“品管圈”组织,通过主题选定、拟定活动计划、目标设定、现状分析及制定就诊各环节精细化流程并实施、效果确认及标准化就诊流程的建立。结果门诊一医一患执行率由58.2%上升至85.4%。结论将 QCC 模式应用于就诊流程的改进,可以提高医疗质量与就诊效率,更好的保护病人隐私,改善护理服务品质,提升护理工作质量,进而进一步提高病人满意度。

Objective To explore the quality control circle(QCC)at the effect and experience of keeping D&T(a doctor and a patient)in the outpatient service of Chongqing University children’s hospital.Methods The QCC organization was established,through the theme selec-tion,activity planning,goal setting,current situation analysis and developing the fine infusion process and effect,confirmation and standardized transfusion service process modeling.Results The D&T rate in the outpatient service increased from 58.2% to 90.35%.Conclusion The quality control circle pattern used for infusion service process improvement,Can improve the quality of medical care and treatment efficiency, protect patients’privacy better,enhance the quality of nursing work,enhance the efficiency of nurses,thus further improving patient satisfaction.
