目的对地佐辛或芬太尼复合咪达唑仑用于子宫肌瘤聚焦超声治疗中的麻醉效果和不良反应进行了观察和对比。方法选择ASAI~Ⅱ级需进行子宫肌瘤聚焦超声治疗的女性患者40例，随机分成两组，地佐辛复合咪达唑仑组(A组，n=20例)，芬太尼复合咪达唑仑组(B组，n=20例)。 A组：咪达唑仑0.03 mg·kg-1静脉注射，然后O.03 mg·kg-1·h-1持续泵注，地佐辛0.1 mg·kg-1静脉注射，然后0.1 mg·kg-1·h-1持续泵注；B组：咪达唑仑用法同A组，芬太尼1μg·kg-1静脉注射，然后1μg·kg-1持续泵注。结果两组患者各时点(T1,T2,T3)疼痛评分无统计学意义(>0.05)。 B组患者的呼吸抑制、头痛头晕、恶心呕吐的发生率显著高于A组(<0.05)。结论新型药物地佐辛不但具有和芬太尼相当水平的镇痛作用，且不良反应小，更加适合子宫肌瘤聚焦超声治疗的清醒镇痛麻醉。
목적대지좌신혹분태니복합미체서륜용우자궁기류취초초성치료중적마취효과화불량반응진행료관찰화대비。방법선택ASAI~Ⅱ급수진행자궁기류취초초성치료적녀성환자40례，수궤분성량조，지좌신복합미체서륜조(A조，n=20례)，분태니복합미체서륜조(B조，n=20례)。 A조：미체서륜0.03 mg·kg-1정맥주사，연후O.03 mg·kg-1·h-1지속빙주，지좌신0.1 mg·kg-1정맥주사，연후0.1 mg·kg-1·h-1지속빙주；B조：미체서륜용법동A조，분태니1μg·kg-1정맥주사，연후1μg·kg-1지속빙주。결과량조환자각시점(T1,T2,T3)동통평분무통계학의의(>0.05)。 B조환자적호흡억제、두통두훈、악심구토적발생솔현저고우A조(<0.05)。결론신형약물지좌신불단구유화분태니상당수평적진통작용，차불량반응소，경가괄합자궁기류취초초성치료적청성진통마취。
Objective Dezocine or fentanyl combined midazolam for uterine fibroids focused ultrasound treatment of anesthesia ef ects and adverse reactions were observed and compared.Methods Choose ASAI~IIlevel need for uterine fibroids focused ultrasound treatment of women with 40 people,randomly divided into 2 groups,with sheen compound midazolam group (group A,n=20),composite midazolam fentanyl group (group B,n=20).Group A:midazolam intravenous 0.03 mg·kg-1,then O.03 mg·kg-1·h-1,continue to pump injection,to assist 0.1 mg·kg-1,intravenous,and 0.1 mg·kg-1·h-1 continuous pump injection;Group B:midazolam usage with group A,fentanyl 1μg·kg-1 intravenous injection,then muon g,1μg·kg-1 for pump injection.Results Two groups of patients each point(T1,T2, T3)pain score no statistical significance ( >0.05).Group B patients of the incidence of respiratory depression,headache,dizziness,nausea and vomiting is significantly higher than group A ( <0.05). Conclusion New drugs to assist machine not only has a fairly level and fentanyl analgesic action,and less adverse reaction,more suitable for uterine fibroids focused ultrasound treatment awake analgesia anesthesia.
