目的：了解护理电子病历在临床护理工作中的应用效果。方法应用护理电子病历对临床护理工作质量进行调查，了解护士对使用护理电子病历与手书病历的评价、使用护理电子病历前后患者健康教育及护理病历质量情况。结果护士对使用护理电子病历与手书病历的评价、实施护理电子病历前后患者健康教育及护理病历质量比较，均 P ＜0．01，差异有统计学意义。结论护理电子病历在临床护理工作中的应用对落实患者健康教育，提高护理病历质量，保证护理工作顺利进行具有积极的意义。

Objective Realizing the effect of nursing electronic medical records application in clinical nursing work.Methods Nursing e-lectronic medical records application in clinical nursing work to investigate the evaluation of nurses use it,and to know the patients’health ed-ucation and nursing l records before and after use it.Results comparing The evaluations of nurses used nursing electronic medical records and records wrote by hand,the patients’health education and nursing records before and after using nursing electronic medical records.P <0.01,differences are statistically significant.Conclusion nursing electronic medical records application in clinical nursing work is very con-venient for today’nursing work.It’s very important for promoting patients’health education and quality of nursing records.
