针对石化集团存储三氯乙烯过程中的事故特点并根据以往事故统计资料,采用道化学火灾爆炸指数评价法(火灾、爆炸危险指数评)对其危险源进行分析评价,确定其危险系数,得出三氯乙烯发生事故可能性的大小,并据此提出相应的安全补偿措施,实现三氯乙烯贮存本质安全化。
針對石化集糰存儲三氯乙烯過程中的事故特點併根據以往事故統計資料,採用道化學火災爆炸指數評價法(火災、爆炸危險指數評)對其危險源進行分析評價,確定其危險繫數,得齣三氯乙烯髮生事故可能性的大小,併據此提齣相應的安全補償措施,實現三氯乙烯貯存本質安全化。

Based on the accident characteristics during the storage of trichlorethylene and past accident statistics, Dow fire and explosion index evaluation method (Dow Chemical Method) was used to evaluate its hazards, and their risk factors were determined as well as the possibility of the accident, and appropriate secure compensation measures were put forward to realize inherent safety of trichlorethylene storage .
