新技术、新材料和传统材料的新用都为建筑设计多样化、个性化表达提供了新手段。不锈钢板作为外立面装饰材料历史久远，品种也较多。但由于其一次性成本较高、加工工艺要求高、光反射率高，一般在建筑低层等部位做点缀用。不锈钢为可循环使用材料，其性价比的提高，以及幕墙技术的进步，使不锈钢板在建筑外立面的应用得到不断推广。本文结合不锈钢板材基础研究与世博主题馆、深圳平安大厦等应用案例，对比不同形式不锈钢特点，探讨不锈钢板幕墙设计、施工相关技术要点，为不锈钢板及类似幕墙设计提供启发。

New technology,new material and new utility of traditional materials provide new means for architectural design diversification and individualization. As a kind of cladding materials,stainless steel panel has a long history in construction and has been developed into various forms. However,as its high non-recurring cost,processing difficulty and high light reflectivity,stainless steel panel is rarely applied to large area facade of highrise,but adopted as a decoration part on podium. While the increasing cost performance and progressing application technology contribute to more and more utility of stainless steel in fa?ade as recycled materials. In this article,combined with the basic research of stainless steel and the application cases of the World Expo theme pavilion and Shenzhen Ping’an Tower,made a characteristic comparison among different forms of stainless steel panels,and discussed the related technical key points of commonly used stainless steel facade design and construction,hoped to introduce instructive idea for others to make up with more valuable options in stainless steel fa?ade and similar facade design.
