针对数控机床故障诊断的理论知识、经典实例和人员经验知识难以有效协同运用，使得多种故障诊断方法难以融合的问题，提出一种融合基于本体的故障诊断方法（OBFD）、基于案例推理的故障诊断方法（CBR）和人工诊断（MD）的数控机床故障诊断方法（CNCM ）。首先，在分析OBFD、CBR、MD优缺点的基础上，给出了CNCM 原理，并结合CNCM 原理图进行阐述；其次，给出了基于流程的CNCM的诊断过程，进一步阐述了OBFD、CBR、MD三者融合的过程；再次，对CNCM实现的关键技术进行研究，包括基于本体表示的知识库和基于数据库和文本表示的案例库建立及理论知识、经典案例和经验知识等异构知识的协同运行机制，为CNCM的提供技术支持；最后，将该方法用于国内某机床厂的滚齿机故障诊断。结果表明，该方法能实现异构知识的有效协同和多方法有效融合，为提高诊断的效率和诊断的准确性奠定坚实的基础。

In order to solve the problem that different diagnosis methods applied in CNC (computer numerical control) fault diag‐nosis were hard to work in coordination with each other effectively ,a CNC fault diagnosis method (CNCM) that integrates ontol‐ogy‐based fault diagnosis(OBFD) ,case‐based reasoning(CBR) and manual diagnosis (MD) together was proposed .Firstly ,after analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of OBFD ,CBR ,MD ,the principle of CNCM was given and elaborated by principle figuer .Secondly ,the CNCM diagnosis process based on flow was presented to elaborate the fusion process of OBFD ,CBR ,MD further .Thirdly ,the key technologies to implement CNCM were studied ,including the establishment of knowledge base and case base and the research on synergy mechanism of heterogeneous knowledge .Finally ,this method was applied to the fault diagnosis of gear hobbing machines .The results showed that this method can achieve a fusion of the multiple diagnosis methods effectively and lay a solid foundation for improving the efficiency and accuracy of fault diagnosis .
