强烈大地震不仅会造成严重的直接破坏，其地震灾害亦不容忽视。以海城7.3级地震等在“石油化工”危险化学品产生的地震次生灾害种种表现，对个案灾害原因进行简单分析，在防御对策和安全管理方法及措施作以探讨，以期达到最大限度降低损失，裨益于人民。

The powerful earthquake not only can cause serious direct damage, but also can bring the secondary disasters. In this paper, the secondary disasters induced by Haicheng 7.3 earthquake in petrochemical and dangerous chemicals industry were analyzed as well as reasons to cause the secondary disasters, and defensive measures and security management methods were discussed.
