采用放电等离子体烧结的方式制备了PbTe基热电材料。研究了Na掺杂的伪三元PbTe0.8‐x Se0.2 Sx (x =0,0.05,0.1,0.15)合金的热电输运性能。结果显示:加入PbS导致伪三元PbTe0.8‐x Se0.2 Sx 合金的Seebeck系数略有下降,但 PbS摩尔分数对其Seebeck系数影响不大;合金散射会同时降低伪三元PbTe0.8‐xSe0.2Sx 合金的电导率和晶格热导率;PbS摩尔分数对于伪三元PbTe0.8‐x Se0.2 Sx 合金的热电优值z T的影响不大,所有试样的 z T在820 K时都达到了1.7~1.8。部分PbS取代PbTe可以减少Te元素使用,在保持较高热电性能的前提下降低成本。

PbTe based thermoelectric materials were prepared by spark plasma sintering method .The thermoelectric properties of pseudo‐ternary PbTe0.8‐xSe0.2Sx(x= 0 ,0 .05 ,0 .1 ,0 .15) alloys doped with Na were investigated .The results show that the content of PbS has no obvious effect on Seebeck coefficient even the values of Seebeck coefficient of the samples alloying with PbS are a little smaller .Alloying with PbS will reduce both the electrical conductivity and the lattice thermal conductivity .High z Ts about 1 .7‐1 .8 can be achieved at 820 K in all samples ,which is not affected by the content of PbS .Substituting partial PbTe with PbS can decrease the consumption of Te ,which will reduce the cost in the condition of remaining the high performance .
