This paper introduced the structure design,design of data-upload system and the main functions of safety monitoring and early-warning system for underground engineering and deep foundation. Meanwhile, the author concluded the advantages of this system. Firstly,the real time monitoring can eliminate the safety risks by collecting,transferring and monitoring method of warning in real time;secondly,the sharing character can achieve the unified storage and overall management of monitoring information and data of multiple foundation pits in certain areas;thirdly,the strong early-warning function makes the system warn by the form of text message early or give an alarm to inform the responsibility entities,safety monitoring mechanisms or the administrative department of urban and rural housing construction;last but not least,the model innovation makes the system achieve a real time management of safety monitoring and supervision for foundation pits,which provided the information technology for management pattern innovation to construct the department of project-safety supervision.
