将两种不同分子量的羟丙基壳聚糖衍生物(HPCS1,Mw =1.6×105;HPCS2,Mw =3.5×104)按不同的剂量对各实验组小鼠灌胃,通过测定小鼠免疫器官指数、碳廓清速率、迟发型变态反应、血清溶血素含量( HC 50)比较分析水溶性壳聚糖衍生物的分子量和摄入量对小鼠免疫功能的影响。摄食羟丙基壳聚糖后,各项免疫指标均高于空白对照组;HPCS2与高剂量 HPCS1组的各项免疫指标与对照组相比,呈显著与极显著性差异( P <0.05或 P <0.01);灌胃期间,小鼠生长正常,无死亡和中毒症状发生。实验结果表明H PCS能增强小鼠免疫功能。

The effect of molecular weight and dosage of hydroxypropyl chitosan (HPCS) derivative on the immune function is analyzed by comparing the immune organ index ,carbon clearance rate ,delayed type hypersensitivity ,serum hemolysin ( HC 50 ) in mice after administration of two HPCS samples (HPCS1 ,Mw=1 .6 × 105 ,HPCS2 ,Mw=3 .5 × 104 ) .The immune indexes for the HPCS groups in mice are higher compared with the control group .There is significance difference ( P < 0 .05) or ex‐tremely significance difference ( P < 0 .01) for the immune indexes of the HPCS2 group and HPCS1 groups with high dose compared with the control group .No abnormal symptoms ,clinical signs or deaths occurs during the feeding period .The body weights of mice show no significant difference in comparing with the HPCS groups and the control group .The results indicate that the HPCS can en‐hance the immune function of mice .
