采用微波辅助法提取老鹳草中总黄酮。首先通过单因素实验,考查提取液浓度、液料比、提取时间和微波功率对提取率的影响。再采用正交实验的方法对提取工艺进行优化,得到最优工艺条件:乙醇浓度70.0%,液料比20.0 mL/g,提取时间120 s,微波功率385 W。实验表明总黄酮得率为1.738%。

Microwave assisted method was used to extract flavonoids in geranium. First through the single factor experiment, influence of extract concentration, liquid to material ratio, extraction time and microwave power on the extraction yield was investigated. And orthogonal experiment method was used to optimize the extraction process, the optimal process conditions were obtained as follows: ethanol concentration 70.0%, liquid to material ratio 20.0 mL/g, extracting time 120 s, the microwave power 385 W. Under above conditions, flavonoids yield can reach to 1.738%.
