针对应用于气相乙烯脱 CO 工业 BR-9201催化剂,对其在其抗低温波动和抗 CO 浓度波动能力进行了考察。在研究中发现催化剂的可逆性失活因素,即微量水和 CO2;此外在共沉淀法制备中,催化剂中残余Na2O 含量对微量 CO 脱除的影响。

Effects of low temperature fluctuation and carbon monoxide concentration fluctuation on the catalytic performance of catalyst BR-9201 for deeply removing trace carbon monoxide in ethylene were investigated. The results show that, reversible deactivation factors are adsorbed moist and carbon dioxide on the surface of catalyst, residual of Na2O in catalyst has effect on removing trace carbon monoxide.
