通过采用含钯质量分数为5%,含不同质量分数的镍、钴、钼自制催化剂,对 C5石油树脂进行加氢工艺改质,制备出高稳定性、浅白色的 C5石油树脂。考察了不同总质量分数镍、钴、钼的钯催化剂中,反应温度、反应压力和反应时间3个因素对 C5石油树脂加氢改质的影响。通过一系列的实验分析比较,得出用钯质量分数为5%,镍、钴、钼质量分数3%,反应温度为270℃、反应压力为3.5 MPa、反应时间为3.5 h 时,得到的 C5石油树脂改质性能最好。
通過採用含鈀質量分數為5%,含不同質量分數的鎳、鈷、鉬自製催化劑,對 C5石油樹脂進行加氫工藝改質,製備齣高穩定性、淺白色的 C5石油樹脂。攷察瞭不同總質量分數鎳、鈷、鉬的鈀催化劑中,反應溫度、反應壓力和反應時間3箇因素對 C5石油樹脂加氫改質的影響。通過一繫列的實驗分析比較,得齣用鈀質量分數為5%,鎳、鈷、鉬質量分數3%,反應溫度為270℃、反應壓力為3.5 MPa、反應時間為3.5 h 時,得到的 C5石油樹脂改質性能最好。

By using self-made catalysts containing 5% palladium and different mass fraction nickel, cobalt and molybdenum, hydrogenation modification of C5 petroleum resin was carried out to prepare C5 petroleum resin with high stability, light white or close to colorless. Effect of different mass fraction of nickel, cobalt and molybdenum in palladium catalyst, reaction temperature, reaction pressure and reaction time on the quality of hydrogenated C5 petroleum resin was investigated. The results show that when palladium mass fraction is 5%, mass fraction of nickel, cobalt and molybdenum is 3%, reaction temperature is 270 ℃, pressure is 3.5 MPa, the reaction time is 3.5 h, the quality of modified C5 petroleum resin are the best.
