多聚磷酸是一种常用的沥青化学改性剂,通过对多聚磷酸改性机理的研究,发现改性过程中会发生两种化学反应:中和反应和酯化反应。添加多聚磷酸会在减少聚合物用量的情况下达到与聚合物改性沥青同样的效果。除此之外,多聚磷酸还会提高沥青混合料抗车辙、抗水损害的能力,并改善沥青的高温性能和温度敏感性。
多聚燐痠是一種常用的瀝青化學改性劑,通過對多聚燐痠改性機理的研究,髮現改性過程中會髮生兩種化學反應:中和反應和酯化反應。添加多聚燐痠會在減少聚閤物用量的情況下達到與聚閤物改性瀝青同樣的效果。除此之外,多聚燐痠還會提高瀝青混閤料抗車轍、抗水損害的能力,併改善瀝青的高溫性能和溫度敏感性。

Adding polyphosphoric acid (PPA) to neat bitumen is a common chemical asphalt modification method. In this paper,the modification mechanism of polyphosphoric acid for asphalt was studied. It’s found that there are two kinds of chemical reactions in the modification process, including neutralization and esterification.The addition of PPA can obtain the same good modification effect as polymer. Moreover, adding PPA can improve high temperature properties as well as temperature sensitivity of the asphalt mixture and produce better properties of rutting and moisture resistance.
