以过硫酸铵为引发剂,水溶液自由基聚合制备了无磷阻垢剂聚衣康酸-2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(Poly-IA-AMPS,简称 PIA)。当聚合温度80℃,nIA∶nAMPS=1∶1,w(过硫酸铵)=7%,聚合时间为2 h 时所合成的 PIA 阻垢效果最好。通过红外分析证明所合成产品为预期目标产物。实验结果表明,PIA 加剂量为10 mg/L 时其阻碳酸钙率最佳可达88.9%,是一种性能优异的阻垢剂。

Using ammonium persulfate as initiator, nonphosphorus scale inhibitor(Poly-IA-AMPS,PIA)was prepared by radical polymerization in aqueous solution. The influence of the synthesis conditions on the performance of polymer’s scale inhibition was studied. The experimental results show that the optimum reaction conditions are as follows: the ratio of monomers is nIA:nAMPS=1:1, reaction temperature is 80℃, the dosage of the initiator is 7%, reaction time is 2 h. The compounds have been proved to be the target products through FTIR spectra. When the concentration of the scale inhibitor is 10mg/L, the scale inhibiting rate is the best, reaching 88.9%. So PIA is a kind of scale inhibitor with excellent properties.
