目的：研究欣母沛和宫腔填纱联合治疗前置胎盘剖宫产产后出血的效果，探讨其临床适用性。方法取2013年4月至2014年10月在我院就诊的72例前置胎盘剖宫产患者，随机分为实验组（36例）和对照组（36例），对照组给予常规的欣母沛配合子宫按摩治疗产后出血的方法，实验组在该基础上使用宫腔填纱治疗产后出血，比较两组产妇治疗后的出血时间、出血量，产后止血成功率。结果实验组产妇的出血时间、出血量均明显少于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；实验组产后10min、20min、30min的止血成功率均明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论治疗前置胎盘剖宫产产后出血采用欣母沛联合宫腔填纱方法的临床效果显著，产妇产后出血时间短、出血量小，值得临床推广应用。
목적：연구흔모패화궁강전사연합치료전치태반부궁산산후출혈적효과，탐토기림상괄용성。방법취2013년4월지2014년10월재아원취진적72례전치태반부궁산환자，수궤분위실험조（36례）화대조조（36례），대조조급여상규적흔모패배합자궁안마치료산후출혈적방법，실험조재해기출상사용궁강전사치료산후출혈，비교량조산부치료후적출혈시간、출혈량，산후지혈성공솔。결과실험조산부적출혈시간、출혈량균명현소우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）；실험조산후10min、20min、30min적지혈성공솔균명현고우대조조，차이유통계학의의（ P＜0.05）。결론치료전치태반부궁산산후출혈채용흔모패연합궁강전사방법적림상효과현저，산부산후출혈시간단、출혈량소，치득림상추엄응용。
ABSTRACT:OBJECTIVE To study the effect of hemabate joint utering plug yarn for preventing postpartum hem-orrhage due to placenta previa at cesarean section.METHODS From April 2013 to October 2014 in our hospital, 72 cases with placenta at cesarean section were randomly divided into two groups,each group had 36 cases.The con-trol group was treated with conventional Hemabate postpartum hemorrhage with uterine massage therapy methods.The observation group was added utering plug yarn based on the conventional treatment.The hemorrhage time, hemor-rhage,the success rate of postpartum bleeding were compared.RESULTS The hemorrhage time,hemorrhage in ob-servation group were significantly less than that of control group,with statistically significant( P<0.05).The success rate of postpartum 10min,20min,30min bleeding in observation group were higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05 ).CONCLUSION Hemabate joint utering plug yarn has good effect for preventing postpartum hemorrhage due to placenta previa at cesarean section,which is suitable for clinical application.
