目的：分析红皮病的临床表现、病因及治疗转归。方法对56例红皮病患者临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果红皮病患者男性占73.21％；年龄≥61岁者占57.14％；病因以继发于其他皮肤病者占57.14％；临床症状主要为潮红、肿胀、渗出等，阳性体征主要为淋巴结肿大、双下肢凹陷性水肿等，实验室检查伴有白细胞计数升高、白蛋白降低、血糖升高等；根据病因进行治疗，总治疗有效率为92.86％。结论红皮病以男性、老年患者为主，继发于其他皮肤病及药物过敏是主要病因，临床表现多样化，应根据病因进行对因及对症治疗，相对临床治愈率较高。
목적：분석홍피병적림상표현、병인급치료전귀。방법대56례홍피병환자림상자료진행회고성분석。결과홍피병환자남성점73.21％；년령≥61세자점57.14％；병인이계발우기타피부병자점57.14％；림상증상주요위조홍、종창、삼출등，양성체정주요위림파결종대、쌍하지요함성수종등，실험실검사반유백세포계수승고、백단백강저、혈당승고등；근거병인진행치료，총치료유효솔위92.86％。결론홍피병이남성、노년환자위주，계발우기타피부병급약물과민시주요병인，림상표현다양화，응근거병인진행대인급대증치료，상대림상치유솔교고。
OBJECTIVE To analyze the clinical manifestations,etiology and treatment of erythrodermic psoria-sis.METHODS 56 cases of erythroderma patients clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.RESULTS Male patients with erythroderma accounted for 73.21%;Age 61 years old accounted for 57.14%;cause to secondary to other skin disease accounted for 57.14%;the main clinical symptoms were flushing,swelling,bleeding,positive signs of enlarged lymph nodes, lower extremity pitting edema, the laboratory examination included elevated white blood cell,decreased albumin,high blood sugar;according to the etiology,for treatment,the total effective was 92.86%.CONCLUSION Erythroderma occur mainly on male,older patients,the main cause of erythroderma was seconda-ry to other skin diseases and drug allergy,the diverse clinical manifestation,treatment should and symptoms and the clinical cure rate would be higher.
